Kelowna & Central Okanagan Real Estate Market Update – June 2026
The Kelowna and Central Okanagan real estate market saw stronger sales activity in June 2026, while new listings remained below last year's levels. Here's a look at how single-family homes, townhomes, and condos compared year over year in terms of sales, inventory, pricing, and days on market.
Kelowna Single-Family Homes – June 2026
- Sales: Single-family home sales climbed to 218, a 5% increase compared to 207 sales in June 2025.
- New Listings: A total of 424 new listings came to market, representing a 22% decrease from 545 listings a year earlier.
- Average Price: The average sale price rose to $1,168,097, marking a 6% increase from $1,104,432 in June 2025.
- Days on Market: Homes averaged 58 days on market, about 14% longer than the 51-day average in June 2025.
Kelowna Townhomes – June 2026
- Sales: Townhome sales reached 69 units, an 11% increase from 62 sales in June 2025.
- New Listings: There were 156 new townhome listings, a 4% decrease from 162 the previous year.
- Average Price: The average townhome price came in at $666,861, a 2% decrease from $679,802 a year earlier.
- Days on Market: Townhomes averaged 63 days on market, approximately 34% longer than the 47-day average in June 2025.
Kelowna Condos – June 2026
- Sales: Condo sales increased to 118 units, a 27% rise from 93 sales in June 2025.
- New Listings: Condo inventory remained slightly lower, with 250 new listings, a 2% decrease from 256 listings the previous year.
- Average Price: The average condo price climbed to $538,528, reflecting an 8% increase from $499,232 a year earlier.
- Days on Market: Condos averaged 67 days on market, about a 20% increase from 56 days last June.
