- Sales: Single-family home sales reached 206 in May 2026, a 7% decrease compared to 221 sales in May 2025.
- New Listings: A total of 482 new listings entered the market, reflecting a 20% decline from 601 listings a year earlier.
- Average Price: The average sale price settled at $1,114,454, marking a 3% decrease from $1,150,207 in May 2025.
- Days on Market: Homes sold in an average of 50 days, roughly 4% faster than the 52-day average in May 2025.
Kelowna Townhomes – May 2026
- Sales: Townhome sales totaled 55 units, a 27% decrease from 75 sales in May 2025.
- New Listings: There were 141 new townhome listings, essentially unchanged from the 142 new listings recorded the year before.
- Average Price: The average townhome price came in at $674,889, a 1% decrease from $685,000 the previous year.
- Days on Market: Townhomes averaged 58 days on market, about 6% quicker than the 62-day average in May 2025.
Kelowna Condos – May 2026
- Sales: Condo sales climbed to 123 units, a 26% increase from 98 sales in May 2025.
- New Listings: Inventory tightened, with 236 new listings, a 22% decrease from 304 listings the previous year.
