- Sales: There were 171 single-family home sales recorded in October 2025, marking a 2% decrease from 175 sales in October 2024.
- New Listings: New listings saw a 5% increase, with 344 homes hitting the market—up from 328 the same time last year.
- Average Price: The average sale price for a single-family home dropped 3% to $1,024,158, compared to $1,058,702 in October 2024.
- Days on Market: Homes took slightly longer to sell this year, averaging 61 days, a 2% increase from 60 days a year ago.
Kelowna Townhomes – October 2025
- Sales: Townhome sales dipped 5%, with 55 units sold this October versus 58 in October 2024.
- New Listings: There were 144 new townhome listings, a 15% increase from 125 the year before.
- Average Price: The average townhome price fell 10%, reaching $647,249, down from $715,513 in October 2024.
- Days on Market: Townhomes sold slightly faster this month, averaging 62 days on market—2% quicker than the 63-day average last October.
Kelowna Condos – October 2025
- Sales: Condo sales declined 10%, with 84 units sold compared to 93 in October 2024.
- New Listings: Condo inventory dropped 11%, with 228 listings in October 2025, down from 257 during the same month last year.
- Average Price: The average condo price decreased 3%, now sitting at $474,107, down from $489,042 in October 2024.
