Kelowna Single-Family Homes – December 2025
- Sales: There were 119 single-family home sales in December 2025, a 6% increase compared to 112 sales in December 2024.
- New Listings: A total of 148 new listings came to market, representing a 6% decline from 158 listings a year earlier.
- Average Price: The average sale price for a single-family home reached $1,094,256, marking a 4% increase from $1,052,063 in December 2024.
- Days on Market: Homes sold faster this year, averaging 70 days on market, a 9% improvement from the 77-day average last December.
Kelowna Townhomes – December 2025
- Sales: Townhome sales totaled 44 units, a 10% increase from 40 sales in December 2024.
- New Listings: There were 50 new townhome listings, a 6% decrease from 53 the year before.
- Average Price: The average townhome price slipped to $641,177, a 7% decrease compared to $688,309 last December.
- Days on Market: Townhomes spent more time on the market, averaging 76 days, about 7% longer than the 71-day average in December 2024.
Kelowna Condos – December 2025
- Sales: Condo sales came in at 48 units, a 30% decline from 69 sales in December 2024.
- New Listings: Inventory expanded, with 108 new listings, a 30% increase from 83 listings this time last year.
- Average Price: The average condo price rose to $470,671, reflecting a 3% increase from $457,519 a year earlier.
- Days on Market: Condos averaged 76 days on market, a 17% increase from 65 days last December.
