- Sales: There were 133 single-family home sales in November 2025, a 9% increase compared to 122 sales in November 2024.
- New Listings: A total of 232 new listings came to market, which represents a 4% decline from 242 listings a year earlier.
- Average Price: The average sale price for a single-family home came in at $1,078,116, a 3% increase from $1,051,151 in November 2024.
- Days on Market: Homes took 70 days to sell on average — the same as last November.
Kelowna Townhomes – November 2025
- Sales: Townhome sales totaled 37 units, a 26% decrease from 50 sales in November 2024.
- New Listings: There were 73 new townhome listings, a 34% drop from 111 the year before.
- Average Price: The average townhome price rose to $705,022, a 6% increase compared to $667,860 last November.
- Days on Market: Townhomes averaged 76 days on market, roughly 27% slower than the 60-day average in November 2024.
Kelowna Condos – November 2025
- Sales: Condo sales landed at 75 units, a 24% drop from 98 sales in November 2024.
- New Listings: Inventory tightened, with 163 new listings, a 11% decrease from 182 this time last year.
- Average Price: The average condo price dipped to $479,439, about a 5% decrease from $502,373 a year earlier.
- Days on Market: Condos averaged 76 days on the market, a 21% increase from 63 days last November.
