- Sales: 91 single-family home sales were recorded in January 2026, a 17% decrease compared to 110 sales in January 2025.
- New Listings: 318 new listings entered the market, reflecting an 18% decline from 390 listings a year earlier.
- Average Price: The average sale price reached $1,036,503, marking a 1% increase from $1,028,010 in January 2025.
- Days on Market: Homes averaged 81 days on market, an 8% increase from the 75-day average last January.
Kelowna Townhomes – January 2026
- Sales: Townhome sales totaled 36 units, a 5% decrease from 38 sales in January 2025.
- New Listings: 121 new townhome listings came to market, a 20% drop from 152 the year before.
- Average Price: The average townhome price eased to $730,581, a 4% decrease compared to $763,208 last January.
- Days on Market: Townhomes spent more time on the market, averaging 91 days, about 7% longer than the 85-day average in January 2025.
Kelowna Condos – January 2026
- Sales: Condo sales came in at 55 units, a 13% decrease from 63 sales in January 2025.
- New Listings: 221 new condo listings were added, a 6% decrease from 236 listings this time last year.
- Average Price: The average condo price increased to $501,550, reflecting a 7% increase from $468,633 a year earlier.
- Days on Market: Condos averaged 83 days on market, an 8% increase from 77 days last January.
